Termination of Office Accelerator Service

Pursuant to the Baseline Data Systems End User License Agreement (EULA), at any time, either party may terminate Customer's BDS’s Office Accelerator account for any reason. Customer may request a termination by calling 800-429-5325, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. (PST) and 5:00 p.m. (PST). You can also notify us by email at sales@oa1mm.com. Amounts paid are not refundable. Subscriptions to our service are pre-paid. As such, any cancellations that occur in the middle of a payment term (month, quarter, or year depending on payment schedule) will be made effective on the final day of such term. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, Customer will remain obligated to pay BDS Fees which were incurred prior to (and on) the effective date of such termination.

Customer Data after Account is Terminated

Upon any termination of your account by Baseline Data Systems for lack of non-payment or any other reason as outlined in our End User License agreement (EUSA), when permitted by law and requested within 30 days after termination, you may export your basic contact and calendar data on an date specified by BDS using the available fields and file formats in Office Accelerator to any storage device after your payment of all unpaid and outstanding Fees. Payment, if required, and any exports must be completed within 30 days of termination. The Customer can export the data at any time before they terminate their BDS’s Office Accelerator service. Once the Office Accelerator service has been terminated by either party, BDS has no obligation to retain the Customer data and may delete and destroy such Customer data without providing you notice of such deletion, even if it is deleted within 30 days after termination.
