Set a User Password (User Login Tab)

While there is no way to view a user's password, Office Accelerator administrators can set any user's password to a new value. To set any user's password, follow the directions below.

  1. Open the Office Accelerator Phone Book and select the |File| menu, then |Administrator|, the |Add/Remove Users (Administrator App)|. This will launch the Office Accelerator Administrator App.
  2. From the Office Accelerator Administrator App, click the |User Logins| tab.
  3. From the list of users, select the User Account you would like to apply admin rights to and click the |Edit User| button.
  4. From the |User Properties| dialog box, set the |Set Password| button and follow the directions. Click the |Save| button to save any other settings. Office Accelerator Administrator App - Set User Password
