Setup Login Recovery

Login recovery provides a facility for users to validate an email address that can be used to recover their Accelerator login information. To setup login recovery, follow the directions below.

  1. Open the Office Accelerator phone book and select |File|Setup Login Recovery|.
    Accelerator users are prompted to setup login recovery once a day upon login. Login Recovery can be disabled by an Accelerator Administrator.
  2. Enter the email address you would like to use to recover your Accelerator login information then click the |Next| button. Accelerator Login Recovery
  3. An email will be sent to you from 'OA Login Recovery', locate and enter the confirmation code. Click the |Next| button to continue. Accelerator Login Recovery Confirm Code
  4. If you do not receive an email with your confirmation code, please check to ensure you entered your email address correctly by starting over with the above steps. If after confirming the above you still do not receive your confirmation code, please check your email account via your browser (not email client) e.g. www.gmail.com. Once logged into your email via your browser, check your spam (or other) folder(s) for your confirmation code. If you are still unable to locate your code, please email support at support@oamobile.com.
  5. Click the |Close| button to exit the recovery console. If you ever forget your Accelerator login information, just click the 'Forgot your Login?' link located on the Accelerator login screen to recover your login information via your confirmed email address.  Accelerator Login Recovery
